Agreement
Ethnics.com always
does its best to serve its advertisers. If at any time you
feel we are not living up to your expectations, please contact
our business staff. Following are the advertiser Agreement
by which we do business with all of our advertising customers.
Terms of Payment
Ethnics.com will
invoice advertisers at the end of the campaign run or calendar month whichever
comes first
- Payment is due net-30
- For new advertisers, a credit application and/or a partial or full prepayment
may be required
Restrictions
Ethnics.com.com reserves
the right to refuse any advertising request or to cancel campaigns that do not
fulfill the advertiser Agreement.
Advertising
Policy
The advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold Ethnics.com,
Inc. harmless from and against any claims or suits based upon any aspect
of theme, subject, or premise of the advertisement. This
is true for all types of advertising accepted by Ethnics.com.
Ethnics.com (the
network) and
Ethnics.com Web sites (clients/publishers) reserve the
right to reject advertisements considered unacceptable.
This includes specific wording, look, or for any other
reason they see fit. For more information on our advertiser
